Seminar Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The Brainstorm Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a seminar if the number of participants drops below the minimum required number of participants
for any particular seminar. The Brainstorm Institute, Inc. shall not be liable in any
way for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, resulting from rescheduling or canceling training, including fees incurred for rescheduling
travel accommodations.

Participant Refund and Cancellation Policy
An individual participant may cancel a scheduled seminar and receive a refund
minus a $150.00 non-refundable cancellation fee if cancellation is received at least
two weeks prior to the scheduled seminar start date. If an individual cancels a scheduled seminar within two weeks of the scheduled seminar start date and does
not reschedule the seminar, 65% of the seminar cost must still be paid in full with
no refund available. If an individual cancels a scheduled seminar within One week of the scheduled seminar start date and does not reschedule the seminar, 100% of
the seminar cost must still be paid in full with no refund available.

Groups or organizations may cancel a scheduled customized seminar and r
eceive a refund minus a $200.00 non-refundable cancellation fee per participant if cancellation is received at least thirty days prior to the scheduled seminar start
date. If a group or organization cancels a scheduled seminar within thirty days of the scheduled seminar start date and does not reschedule the seminar, 50% of the full amount of the seminar per participant must still be paid in full with no refund
available. If a group or organization cancels a scheduled seminar within
fourteen days of the scheduled seminar start date and does not reschedule the seminar, the full amount of the seminar per participant must still
be paid in full with no refund available.

Participant Rescheduling Policy
An individual participant may reschedule a seminar with no penalty if the schedule change is performed and verified no less than fifteen business days prior to the previously scheduled seminar start date. If an individual reschedules a seminar within fifteen business days of the previously scheduled seminar start date, the participant will be charged a $150.00 rescheduling fee, which will be billed to the individual and must be paid prior to attending the rescheduled seminar.

A group or organization may reschedule a seminar with no penalty if the schedule change is performed and verified no less than thirty days prior to the previously scheduled seminar start date. If a group or organization reschedules a seminar within fifteen business days days of the previously scheduled seminar start date, the
group or organization will be charged a $150.00 rescheduling fee per
participant, which will be billed to the group or organization and must be paid prior to attending the rescheduled seminar.
