"Can I write off my seminar experience with
The Brainstorm Institute as a business expense?"

A serious question that
deserves a serious answer.
Because we're serious here at the Institute.

I hope he doesn't drop that. Again.

Read this-it's actually pretty good news.

The short answer is that generally, YES, you can write off all or part of your Brainstorm Institute seminar experiences. Although we hold our seminars in some incredible locations, the fact is, they are jam packed with specific content designed for professional development.

Please keep in mind, however, that there are very specific regulations and laws as to how business expenses must be reported to the IRS and what eligibility requirements are.

These guidelines can be found in IRS publication #463 and it is your responsibility to understand and adhere to them.

If you have any questions, it is best to consult with your accountant or attorney. Sorry, but we can not provide additional information or advice pertaining to this.
Nothing personal, but we're lab guys--not CPAs!
